Client Policy PLEASE READ

  • All existing clients will be required to pay a £20 booking fee for their appointments secured in advance.

  • I will allow one booking alteration due to unforeseen circumstances, as long as sufficient notice (minimum 24hrs) is given, so I can allocate your appointment slot to someone else.

  • Any last minute cancellations will result in a charge if the appointment cannot be filled.

    • A No Show or 1-2hrs notice will be charged 100% of treatment cost.

    • 2-12hrs notice will be charged 80% of treatment cost.

    • 12-24hrs notice will be charged 50% of treatment cost.

  • Please respect that you are booking my time and this is how I earn my living. It is your responsibility to arrive on time, on the correct day of your appointment.

  • The above cancellation payment will be required before any new appointment is booked.

  • Please also note that if you are late for your appointment, I reserve the right to decline your treatment and charge the full cancellation fee, to cover the time you have booked with me, otherwise as much of the treatment will be carried out in the remaining time, this may result in a basic service to avoid disruption to the next client.

  • This should not affect regular, reliable clients, who make it to their appointments on time, every time.

  • Please ensure you bring cash to cover the cost of your treatment or pay in advanced using the online booking system.

I am sorry but I do not except card payments at this time other than through the online booking system.

  • Please ask prior to treatment if you are unsure how much your treatment is.

  • If you know you will not have money to cover the cost of your treatment on the day, please reschedule to a more convenient time. The above late cancellation fee applies.

  • Cash payment is expected at the end of your treatment as I have costs to cover.

  • Due to Health & safety regulations, NO children under the age of 12 are to accompany clients during their treatment in order to maintain the highest standards and time control.

  •   **Important – All new clients require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to their treatment. Without a patch test I cannot perform your treatment.

  • **At your patch test I require a £20 non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment.

  • THE BOOKING FEE WILL BE USED AGAINST YOUR APPOINTMENT COST SO THAT YOU ONLY PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE.

  • This will only be refunded if your patch test shows a reaction within 24 hours. (You will need to show me evidence of a reaction.)
