LEVEL:

Experience starts from first classic trained certificate in eyelash extensions.

MASTERS - up to 3 years of experience
EXPERTS - over 3 years of experience , all trainers and previous 1st-3rd placing winners

RULES:

Entries to be submitted should be no later than 23.59am 30th September 2019
Your paid registration must to match your email with your entries NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER REGISTRATION.
DOUBLE CHECK before purchase if you entering in correct level and category. WE WON’T BE ABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES AT ALL so in these cases you will be disqualified.
EXPERTS - are people who have above 3 years of experience, have placed in competitions in the past, or are lash trainers. If you tick one of the above you are classed as expert.
Previous work published in a magazine, any social medias etc will not be submitted so please take the time to create new original beautiful work.
Participants can enter in one or all categories.
Black or brown lashes can be used in classic, volume or mega volume categories.
Please add a SUBJECT of the category you are entering in your email and ONLY attached the right pictures to match the category.
Please send a copy of your first classic eyelash training certificate. If this is found to be falsely submitted you will be disqualified.
high quality pictures no retouching (we will happily use a retouched (skin smoothed not lashes) picture after competition if you send them separately and clearly labelled)
no watermark, no logos, no identifying items on picture or in background, plain backgrounds to be used only.
We accept only new , original work not used anywhere previously.
Please add a description to your work of the thickness, curl, length of lashes used.

Photographs:

Only high quality HD (High Definition) pictures will be accepted, 2000px x 2000px minimum (If you set your phone camera on HD or your camera this will be high enough).
No retouching of eyelashes, watermarks, company logo, backgrounds, excessive filtering or similar altering will be disqualified.
No photo grids/collages.
By entering you are agreeing that for all photos sent to us for the competition you are giving a non-exclusive user licence for the organiser, to be used by the organiser in whatever fashion deemed appropriate by the organiser without compensation to the competitors. All photos sent will automatically allow us to use for any advertising.

CLASSIC, VOLUME & OMBRE:

Maximum of 8 photos
Head and shoulder photos only required.
No retouching of eyelashes, watermarks, company logo, backgrounds, excessive filtering or similar altering will be disqualified.
Before picture of the model full face before eyes open.
Before with eyes closed from behind of the model head and eye patches applied to see a condition of natural lashes
After with eyes closed from behind of the model head with or without eye patches
After picture of the model full face after eyes open to see the symmetry of eyelashes and shape chosen for the models face.
After of each eye with model looking up
One photo separating lashes showing one fan or individual applied lash.
One photo showing a clear shot of the bases, the lash line can be slightly lifted to show this
Pre made fans or strip lashes are not allowed

FANTASY/LASH ART CONDITIONS :

Team work allowed, HOWEVER more points will be awarded if all work is done by lash artist. Please state any other professionals used, so they can be given proper recognition.
please enclose an A4 attachment with evidencing photos describing your work, what inspired you to create this specific look, what kind of products have been used and individual items handmade by yourself.
Head and shoulder photos only required.
No retouching of eyelashes, watermarks, company logo, backgrounds, excessive filtering or similar altering will be disqualified. One photo submitted can be retouched, (label EDITED) this will be used for publicity if placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd.
Strip lashes are NOT allowed
Photos with a plain background only.
You are to use decoration on the eyelashes, face and shoulders. A smooth transition to the Hair and head piece will recieve points. Every detail will be analyse by the judges.

Judges will be looking at the :

overall look
your creativity of your application ( colour, feathers, lash decoration, bottom lashes etc )
model's makeup, body painting (head and shoulder), smooth transition from eyelash decoration to headpiece/ head cover, hair etc.
Maximum of 8 pictures per one entry allowed in high resolution, include a picture with clear image showing lash decoration and the whole face of model (Think editorial)
Fantasy/ lash art pictures can NOT be retouched (no skin smoothing) BUT you can also enclose an edited picture for publication of winners, please label them clearly and seperately.
Previous work published in magazines, social media sites etc will be banned so please take the time to create new and original beautiful work and BE CREATIVE.
Please add a SUBJECT of the category you are entering in your email and ONLY attached the correct pictures to match the category.

LASH LIFT CONDITIONS :

Only high quality pictures will be accepted.
No retouching of eyelashes, watermarks, company logo, backgrounds, excessive filtering or similar altering will be disqualified.
Previous work published in a magazine, social media sites etc will be disqualified so please take the time to create fresh beautiful work.
Please send max 6 pictures
Before with eyes open from the front whole face
Before with eyes closed from behind of the model head and eye patches applied to see a condition of natural lashes
Your lashes need to be lifted and tinted.
After with eyes open whole face to see the smoothness of bend and direction
After from the side eyes open to see the lifting angle and percentage of curled lashes

Winners:

Winners will be announced on our facebook page 20th October 2019.
Winners placed will receive a trophy, emailed certificate and sponsor prizes.
All entries will recieve a certificate of participation via email.

No refunds of competition fees are given.
Competition entrance fees are non-refundable.
Once a competitor has registered they cannot change divisions so PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK before purchase
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE WINNERS NAMES IF IT IS SUBMITTED IN THE WRONG CATEGORIES
PLEASE make sure if you are a trainer or previous 1st-3rd placing winner but less then 3 years of experience you are classified to an experts category

WE RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO CHANGE OR TO DISQUALIFY DUE TO ENTERING THE WRONG CATEGORY OR FRAUDULANT USE OF IMAGES. THEREFORE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ENTERING THE RIGHT LEVEL BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE.
